We’re hiring kitchen crew (hall hiring is currently paused). No experience needed. You start with dishwashing and prep, then the fryer, then plating — and in time, the noodles themselves.

The Details

Hourly
From ¥1,250. Raises as you learn: ¥1,300 once you can cover every station at weekday lunch, ¥1,350 once you can handle the weekend rush. Our current top rate is ¥1,550, and there is no cap. Paid to the minute.
